Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Although we make every effort to ensure that products arrive in excellent condition, we recognize that there may be situations where a return is necessary.
Right of Withdrawal
According to current legislation (Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection), the consumer has the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without the obligation to provide a reason.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of our products (food items, especially olive oil), returns are only accepted if the packaging has not been opened or tampered with. Products that have been opened, used, or whose sealed packaging has been broken cannot be returned, for reasons of hygiene and food safety. Return Procedure
If you wish to return a product:

Please contact Customer Service first to register your return request.

The product must be returned within 14 days from the date you notified us of the withdrawal.

The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its sealed packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued within 14 days, using the same payment method used in the original transaction.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. The product will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
