We accept the following payment methods:

1. Bank Deposit

For payment via deposit to our bank account, please note that you must include your full name as the payment reference, and optionally, your order number. To confirm your order, please send us the official deposit receipt in PDF format only, as a reply to the email titled “New Order” that you received (or in a new email sent to info@mavrias.gr). Screenshots or mobile phone photos are not considered valid proof of transfer, and we will not be able to confirm the order using them.

For orders with delivery scheduled in 1, 2, 3, or more days, payment must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order. Otherwise, the product may no longer be available, and your order may be cancelled.

Please note that if you choose to pay via bank deposit, there should be sufficient time between the moment of payment and its processing to allow for proper confirmation.
